This role drives overall growth, profitability, and multi-year strategy of a specific brand through leading the end-to-end business management and collaboration between marketing, customer management, and cross-functional team. Operating in the center of Sales Planning Managers, Portfolio Growth teams, and field teams, this position ensures an enterprise-wide perspective is maintained for all accountable brands.
This role is based in Franklin, Tennessee with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enabler—empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.
