Now Hiring: Sales Porter / Lot Attendant

Love cars and enjoy staying active throughout the day? We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Sales Porter / Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership organized, our inventory looking great, and our sales team ready to serve customers. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in creating a professional, welcoming experience for every customer who visits our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Move and organize new and pre-owned vehicles throughout the dealership lot.
• Keep vehicle inventory properly parked, lined up, and displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
• Assist the sales team with locating and retrieving vehicles for customers and test drives.
• Make sure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customer demonstrations.
• Fuel vehicles as needed and assist with preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
• Help coordinate vehicles between the sales lot, service department, detail department, and other dealership areas.
• Assist with receiving newly delivered inventory and properly staging vehicles on the lot.
• Check vehicles for cleanliness, damage, low fuel, missing keys, or other issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Maintain organization of vehicle keys and assist with inventory location when needed.
• Help keep the dealership lot, vehicle display areas, and customer-facing areas clean and professional.
• Assist with dealer trades or transporting vehicles between dealership locations when requested.
• Support the sales and management teams with other vehicle-related tasks as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service by greeting customers, answering basic questions, and directing guests to the appropriate team member.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be comfortable driving and parking a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and remain physically active for much of the workday.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
