Sales Porter

The Sales Porter at Lexus of Naperville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the appearance of the dealership showroom and lot. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing assistance with vehicle displays, vehicle inventory management, and customer interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry. The annual compensation for this role ranges from $32,000 to $35,000, and is paid weekly. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on dealership products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot by regularly washing and detailing vehicles
- Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by retrieving and prepping the vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist with vehicle displays, including rotating and positioning vehicles in the showroom and lot
- Keep track of vehicle inventory and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate salesperson
- Help maintain a positive and professional work environment by following company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the showroom and lot
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed
