We're hiring across our locations in: Rockland, Massachusetts Newington Connecticut Milford Connecticut Manchester, New Hampshire Gorham, Maine Albany, New York We offer both Outside Sales positions and Inside Sales support roles known as Technical Sales Engineers. Many Buckley sales careers begin as a Technical Sales Engineer, where you'll build product knowledge, customer relationships, and project expertise before growing into an outside sales territory. If you already bring HVAC sales experience, you may be ready to step directly into an Outside Sales role. (The Technical Sales position is performed in the respective office, and the Outside Sales position is in the territory.) What you'll do: · Build trusted customer relationships and provide responsive technical support · Create quotations and equipment selections that help bring projects to life · Prepare submittals and review project plans, specifications, schedules, and drawings · Process customer orders and coordinate project activity from start to finish · Support service scheduling and field coordination to keep customers moving forward · Contribute to employee and customer training initiatives · Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service What you'll bring: · Strong communication and organizational skills · Curiosity, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn and apply new concepts · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications · Confidence reviewing technical documents, specifications, schedules, and drawings · A team-first mindset, commitment to continuous learning, and passion for customer success Compensation: Technical Sales pay range is $77,000-$95,000. Outside Sales pay range is $80,000-$200,000, including base plus commission. Final title, level, and compensation will be determined based on experience, technical knowledge, education, certifications, demonstrated competencies, market conditions, and internal equity.
