The Campo Insurance Agency is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Producer to join our team in Ogden, UT. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll acquire new clients by selling Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Life insurance.

What you'll earn: Base salary plus uncapped commission. Top producers earn $66,000+ in their first year. The harder you work, the more you make there's no ceiling here.

Responsibilities
- Make inbound calls daily to generate new business
- Sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and complementary insurance products
- Acquire 20+ new households or write $50,000+ in P&C premium per month
- Build and maintain referral partnerships in the local community
- Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent The Campo Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- P&C insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain one quickly)
- Proven sales experience insurance, financial services, or high-volume outbound sales preferred
- Positive, high-energy personality
- Self-motivated and intrinsically driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Coachable and open to constructive feedback
- Honest with strong integrity
- Resourceful problem-solver
- Must be able to work in-office in Ogden, UT
