- Conduct outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including obtaining and maintaining a Property & Casualty License.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance marketing strategies.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on policy options.
