Proven sales experience is required
(RV, automotive, powersports, banking, finance, or other commission-based sales backgrounds are all welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with structured sales processes and performance goals
Self-motivated, positive, and competitive—in a healthy, team-first way
Professional, coachable, and eager to grow with an expanding company
RV experience is not required—we can train product knowledge.
Sales experience and a winning mindset are a must.
