Are you a licensed real estate professional looking to build practical experience and advance your career?

The Ricci Team is seeking a Licensed Showing Partner to join our collaborative, high-performing organization dedicated to professional development and outstanding client service.

This role offers more than traditional administrative support. You’ll work alongside experienced agents, assist active buyers, and develop the skills necessary to progress into a full-time sales role. In partnership with our Buyer Specialists and Operations Team, you’ll help create a seamless, responsive, and memorable experience for clients—from their initial showing through closing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily lead-generation activities to build a consistent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up plans, and activities in the CRM.
• Host at least two open houses each week.
• Convert prospecting efforts and incoming leads into scheduled appointments.
• Practice team-approved scripts and conversations daily to strengthen communication and conversion skills.
• Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings, trainings, and events.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and PLACE Partner Calls.
• Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and identify properties that meet clients’ needs.
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
• Track and report key activities and performance metrics using CRM technology.
• Preview properties regularly to strengthen your understanding of home values, inventory, and local market trends.

Qualifications

• You’re an experienced real estate sales professional and natural leader who is energized by developing people. You combine high standards with genuine support and know how to hold others accountable in a constructive, motivating way.
• Active real estate license required.
• Proven record of success in real estate sales and leadership.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of lead generation, conversion, and sales strategy.
• Confident leading meetings, training sessions, and difficult conversations.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and using it to guide decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and committed to consistent follow-through.
• Growth-minded, collaborative, and highly accountable.
• Experience leading or coaching a real estate sales team preferred.
• Familiarity with Brivity, PLACE systems, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
