Role Description The Sales Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delray Beach, FL. This role involves greeting and engaging clients in the showroom, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable luxury watches, jewelry, and other luxury items. The Sales Professional will manage the sales process from initial consultation through purchase, including handling trades, consignments, and purchases, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, updating inventory displays, supporting online inquiries, and collaborating with service centers to coordinate repairs or servicing for clients. The role also includes building long-term relationships with clients, contributing to sales targets, and supporting marketing and client outreach activities that strengthen Salamanca Watches’ brand and customer loyalty.
