    Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Professional role is based at the Alan Browne Chevrolet.

    \n

    -The Sales Professional will greet and engage prospective customers, assess their needs, and present suitable new and pre-owned vehicle options. -Daily responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, preparing accurate price quotes, and guiding customers through the purchase process.

    \n

    -The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads and previous customers, updating customer information in the CRM system, and collaborating with service and finance team members to ensure a positive overall experience. Sales -Professionals are expected to meet individual and team sales goals while delivering courteous, transparent, and professional service.

    Qualifications

    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
    • \n
    • Sales aptitude, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing skills, ideally with prior experience in retail or automotive sales.

    • Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, test drives, and paperwork efficiently.
    • \n
    • Comfort with technology, including use of CRM systems, email, and dealership software, plus the ability to learn vehicle features and specs.
    • \n
    • Basic understanding of financing and leasing concepts, or willingness to learn and work closely with the finance team.
    • \n
    • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical judgment, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate dealership vehicles.
    • \n
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or automotive industry experience is a plus.
