Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Consultants walk the customer through each step of their experience
• Offer appraisals
• Consult with customers to determine their needs and wants
• Present and test drive our vehicles
• Present and process transaction paperwork
• Provide after sale service
• Follow up with potential customers

Job Requirements:

• Previous Sales experience required
• Intense focus on the customer and their experience
• A strong ability to find solutions to sales challenges and assess individual client needs
• Exceptional speaking and active-listening skills
• Impeccable customer service
• Team oriented environment
• Communicate frequently with management
• Stable work history
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
