Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment. What You Bring: Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) Ability to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
