The Global Lead Development team is seeking a Senior Sales Program Manager to own and scale the Canada insidesales and lead development motion, modeled on proven U.S. programs. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for program design, rollout, stakeholder alignment, and performance oversight-not daytoday sales execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience building and scaling inbound lead development or sales development programs, leading distributed teams, and partnering with senior sales and marketing stakeholders to drive measurable acquisition and adoption outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the endtoend strategy for Canada Lead Development programs, including replication and adaptation of successful U.S. inbound sales models.
- Define the operating framework, success metrics, and governance model for insidesales programs supporting new customer acquisition.
- Lead the rollout of new or evolving programs, including SOP development, program charters, and crossfunctional execution plans.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within lead flow, conversion, and adoption, and drive strategic improvements.
- Starting rate is $70/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in inside sales leadership, sales program management, demand generation, or related roles.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, or replicating inbound lead development or sales development programs.
- Strong program and project management skills, with experience leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior sales stakeholders and drive alignment without direct budget ownership.
- High proficiency in Salesforce (ideally power user level), Excel, and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to diagnose business issues and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both executive and team levels.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background in marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.
- Experience transitioning from sales into sales enablement or program leadership roles.
- Experience managing distributed or global insidesales teams.
- Familiarity with vendorsupported lead programs or outsourced LDR models.
- Oversee program execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
