Sales Project Coordinator

The Project Manager - Sales at Ott is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of complex customer orders and integrated solutions, acting as the main customer contact throughout project delivery. The role involves coordinating activities across Customer Service & Sales Support, Production, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Technical teams. Key responsibilities include project coordination, customer communication, commercial execution, forecasting, and internal alignment. Candidates must have a bachelor''s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, experience with ERP systems, and strong organisational and communication skills. The position requires 50% travel to Sterling, Virginia, and offers a salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year, with eligibility for bonus pay and comprehensive benefits. Preferred qualifications include experience with integrated solutions, capital equipment, manufacturing, Microsoft Project, PMP certification, and milestone billing.
