This is a customer facing position that will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects and requiring this position to interface/network with various internal departments as well as external organizations to meet customer objectives and deadlines. This individual will help ensure world class customer service is provided to the customer and serve as a technical expert on Hussmann Systems.
Responsibilities:Respond to and coordinate Walmart e-mail requests.
Provide coordination and oversight for all “roll-out” projects (e.g., Racks, CUs, Coils. Etc…)
Provide technical expertise around Hussmann Systems to Walmart and Hussmann.
Maintain Walmart article numbers by coordinating with Walmart and Hussmann.
Assist the Sales Principal with initial costing exercises using the Hussmann product configurator.
Collaborate with the COD team and Sales Principal on COD projects.
Support the Logistics Manager in driving maximum Pulse Score performance.
Strive to keep Active Tasks at 20 or fewer in the Walmart Pulse System.
Review product shipments and confirm part readiness in Performance Parts to support the products.
Deliver support for forecast data needs.
Contribute to back-office effectiveness through metrics tracking in collaboration with Sales Support Supervisors.
Follow up with respective factories on orders and ensure equipment is delivery per out commitments to the customer.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain an organized and repeatable sales and ordering process.
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize quickly and has a sense of urgency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Up to 25% travel.
Project Manager I
Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years relevant project management experience OR
High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant project management experience/training OR
Combination of education, training and project management experience totaling at least 2 years
Consistently lives the Hussmann Behaviors for Success
Exposure to Hussmann or refrigeration equipment and products
Basic understanding of HPC software
Project Manager II
Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years relevant project management experience OR
High school diploma with 8+ years of relevant project management experience/training OR
Combination of education, training and project management experience totaling at least 4 years
Consistently demonstrates the Hussmann Behaviors for Success
Proficient Hussmann equipment and product knowledge
Demonstrated knowledge of HPC software
Project Manager III
Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years relevant project management experience OR
High school diploma with 12+ years of relevant project management experience/training OR
Combination of education, training and project management experience totaling at least 6 years
Consistently exceeds the Hussmann Behaviors for Success
Considerable Hussmann equipment and product knowledge
Advanced knowledge of HPC software
