Sales Project Manager- Contract Manufacturing

Description

Sales Porject Manager; Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary project-management resource for assigned customer accounts and new product development projects.
• Partner closely with Sales to manage customer projects from concept through commercialization.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, samples, specifications, approvals, and production requirements.
• Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams including Sales, R&D, Product Development, Packaging/Components, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Track multiple projects simultaneously and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Maintain detailed project timelines and ensure internal teams remain aligned with customer expectations.
• Coordinate product samples, revisions, testing, approvals, and customer feedback.
• Work with customers to clarify product requirements, specifications, packaging/component needs, and development timelines.
• Communicate project status clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer meetings, presentations, product discussions, and follow-up.
• Help identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and support new business development.
• Ensure customer commitments and internal deadlines are clearly documented and communicated.

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across departments.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM/customer records.

Profile

A successful Sales Project Manager should have:

• Experience with project management in a sales or FMCG environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing project data and generating reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $85,500 to $95,000.
• Paid Time Off (PTO).
