Sales Project Manager

Sales Project Manager; Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary project-management resource for assigned customer accounts and new product development projects.
- Partner closely with Sales to manage customer projects from concept through commercialization.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, samples, specifications, approvals, and production requirements.
- Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams including Sales, R&D, Product Development, Packaging/Components, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
- Maintain detailed project timelines and ensure internal teams remain aligned with customer expectations.
- Coordinate product samples, revisions, testing, approvals, and customer feedback.
- Work with customers to clarify product requirements, specifications, packaging/component needs, and development timelines.
- Communicate project status clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support Sales in customer meetings, presentations, product discussions, and follow-up.
- Help identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and support new business development.
- Ensure customer commitments and internal deadlines are clearly documented and communicated.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across departments.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM/customer records.

A successful Sales Project Manager should have:
- Experience with project management in a sales or FMCG environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing project data and generating reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
