We are seeking a driven Sales / Project Manager to support commercial restoration and specialty contracting projects for our Little Rock branch while working remotely from the Memphis, TN area. This role is responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing estimates and proposals, and managing projects from pre-construction through completion.
The ideal candidate will work closely with property managers, building owners, engineers, architects, and general contractors to deliver solutions involving concrete restoration, waterproofing, masonry and façade restoration, sealants, and building envelope repair services. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, customer communication, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Candidates should have experience in construction sales, restoration, waterproofing, commercial contracting, or project management, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
