Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter Orders & New Part Numbers
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain Customer accounts, log all communication, touch base monthly/weekly
  • Coordinate orders with Production weekly
  • Physical Inventory every 6 months 
  • Routing of Sales Orders and incoming Purchase Orders
  • Maintain Elevator Accounts 
  • Maintain Inventory in Release and All Orders Programs
  • Responsible for setting up all shipments 
  • Maintaining Order Files 
  • Responsible for updating All Orders 
  • Maintaining Scrap Report in All Orders 
  • Maintain VMI Programs for key accounts 
  • Enter Vendor Claims 
  • Ensure closing numbers in All Orders synch with QuickBooks 
  • Answer Telephones / E-mails 
Reports to: VP Sales
Key Job Requirements
Communicates well with others; Word & Excel proficient; General Computer Knowledge, Team Player, some college education
