Sales Purchasing & Operations Analyst

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

he Sales, Purchasing & Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between purchasing, sales, and operations to identify issues and communicate with department heads to correct and/or improve processes. The S, P & O Analyst will also perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Managers and General Manager.

• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and operations.
• Conduct analysis of inventory levels, sales initiatives, operational processes, etc.
• Analyze new item requests, special orders, and product days on hand.
• Work with department leaders to identify opportunities and develop processes to reduce expenses and increase income.
• Champion all training for Power BI, Excel, AI platforms, and other systems used for analytics.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Forms, Smartsheet, and other business intelligence tools.
• Must have a strong positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to all types of people and levels in and outside the organization.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to multitask.

Physical Requirements:

• Must work in branch office on daily basis. Branch office located in North Little Rock, AR
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
