The Role
This is an Acquisitions role ( sales – you will be buying homes on our behalf)
You’re not managing from the sidelines.
You’re:
Running appointments
Talking to real sellers
Closing deals
If you can produce, there is a path to prosperity
If you can’t — this won’t work.
What This Actually Looks Like
2-4 in-person appointments per day
80–100 calls per day
2 offers per day minimum
2 contracts per week target
You’ll work:
Inbound opportunities
Outbound opportunities (40–50% of your activity)
No fluff. No hiding.
