About the Role: Pink Zebra Moving of Chagrin Falls is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Lead to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads to drive new residential and commercial moving business
Conduct in-home or virtual estimates and consultations with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service delivery
Manage and update CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
Represent the Pink Zebra brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all customer touchpoints
Requirements:
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in moving, logistics, home services, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable conducting in-home estimates and consultations
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player
