• Assessing customer needs and providing custom solutions
• Offering in-home consultations and closing immediately
• Utilizing an effective sales process along with training
• Promoting the Santiago General Contractor Solution professionally

Compensation Includes

• Commission-based income plan – work hard, earn more!
• Average salary range: $90,000 - $200,000+ per year
• Top earners: $200K+
• Weekly and monthly bonuses available
• Prescheduled appointments (for skilled closers)
