Location: This position is 100% remote with candidates local to the Michigan area preferred.

Compensation: This role offers an annual salary of $75,000-$77,000 plus uncapped commission.

Sales Rep:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Rep to manage and grow our National Accounts and Brand Partnerships. This role involves developing strategic relationships with key clients and partners, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our brand presence across the country. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for customer service, sales, and brand development.

What you will do:

• Develop & Maintain Brand Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and nurture strategic brand partnerships that align with our company values and growth objectives.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities within existing and new national accounts.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop account strategies, marketing initiatives, and customized solutions for key clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Track account performance, prepare sales forecasts, and report on key metrics regularly to leadership.
• Participates in the development of system-wide communication (articles, live webinars, eLearnings, video scripts) for national account sales and operations, as well as maintains project information on the national accounts page of The Hub
• Attends meetings and assist with training events as determined by management to provide consultation or expert advice in relation to national accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in logistics, moving, or service industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proven success in managing large accounts and developing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with people at all levels; Ability to initiate and leverage professional relationships to build new business referrals
• Possess skills to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group environments to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and pass MVR and background check
• Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport if needed
• Must be able and willing to travel across country and internationally
