Role Description The Sales Rep is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, focused on driving growth by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, conducting outreach by phone and in person, and presenting Synergis’ compounding services and value proposition to clinics, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The Sales Rep will follow up on leads, manage a territory, track activities in a CRM or similar system, and coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure accurate information and timely service. The role includes educating customers on product offerings, handling inquiries, resolving basic service issues, and supporting promotional campaigns and events. This position requires consistent on-site presence, travel within the local area, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.\n
