What Will You Be Doing?
- Greet guests and learn about their travel interests to recommend vacation ownership options that best meet their needs.
- Conduct engaging resort tours and present ownership opportunities in a professional and ethical manner.
- Build strong relationships with prospective owners and create memorable guest experiences.
- Generate sales volume while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain communication and follow-up with guests through email, phone, and written correspondence.
- Apply proven sales techniques and concepts taught through company training.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while upholding company values and standards.
- Attend ongoing weekly sales training and development sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Florida Real Estate License in good standing preferred.
- Previous sales, marketing, hospitality, luxury goods, or vacation ownership experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
