JIB Communications is growing its Allentown sales team and looking for motivated, personable individuals who want to build a real career in sales — starting now.
In this role you'll represent our clients' products and services through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in the field. You'll be the first impression — meeting people where they are, having real conversations, and closing deals.
What You'll Be Doing
Meeting with potential customers face-to-face in assigned territories to present products and services
Starting genuine conversations, identifying customer needs, and recommending the right solutions
Guiding customers through the decision-making process and closing sales in the field
Hitting daily and weekly activity and performance targets
Logging customer interactions and outcomes accurately
Attending daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
What We're Looking For
A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people
Self-motivated and accountable — you don't need someone standing over you
Resilient and positive — you understand sales is a numbers game and you embrace it
Professional, reliable, and punctual in the field
High school diploma or GED
No prior sales experience required — coachability and drive matter more
Compensation
This is a commission-only position. Representatives typically earn $500–$600/week, with top performers regularly exceeding $800+/week. Your output directly determines your earnings.
Paid training is provided from day one — you'll be set up to succeed before you ever step into the field.
