Role Description The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at our Allentown, PA dealership. This position is responsible for engaging customers on the showroom floor and lot, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable new and pre-owned vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features, preparing and presenting pricing and financing options, and guiding customers through the sales and delivery process. The Sales Representative will maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM, follow up with leads and existing customers, and collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role also involves staying current on product knowledge, incentives, and competitive offerings to support effective and ethical sales practices.\n
