Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads and follow up with customers using a CRM system
• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend products (wheels, tires, suspension, etc.)
• Drive sales through strong communication and relationship building
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and activity
• Learn product offerings and sales process quickly during initial ramp period
• Meet or exceed performance expectations tied to sales and KPIs
• Support additional store operations over time (inventory, admin tasks, customer service) as the role grows
