Commission-based position with high earning potential, helping homeowners restore storm-damaged properties at no cost to them. Caldwell Exteriors provides a draw until your first roof is completed and you begin earning commission
Responsibilities:
Daily physical requirements: Must be able to safely climb ladders and work on residential/commercial roofs.
Identify and contact potential customers in need of property restoration services.
Conduct property inspections and provide detailed assessments to homeowners.
Present and sell our restoration services, emphasizing our A+ BBB rating and 5-star reviews.
Manage customer relationships with our state-of-the-art CRM and provide excellent post-sale support.
Follow our SOPs to ensure our customers receive a 5-star service
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
