What You’ll Do
You will guide customers through the luxury vehicle buying experience while building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Deliver a premium luxury customer experience from first interaction through delivery
- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and digitally
- Follow up consistently with leads, appointments, and customer opportunities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and ownership solution for their needs
- Maintain organized CRM activity and customer communication records
- Work closely with sales leadership and dealership teams to support overall dealership goals
- Stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer experience execution
- Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and confidence

Compensation & Opportunity
