Location: Bothell, WA
 
 Pay Structure: 

• Base Hourly + Commission First 30 days: $35/hr + 10% commission on sales (minus expenses)
• Base Hourly + Commission 31-60 days: $30/hr plus 10% commission on sales (minus  expenses)
• Base Hourly + Commission 61+ days: Move to full commission on sales at 12% (minus expenses) plus the minimum $11,700 requirements as a base annual pay.
  
  

We are looking for a field Sales Inspector to join our growing family! This position will be responsible for performing inspections for our customers and guiding them through our rodent elimination process. The ideal candidate will truly care about our customers by taking a positive approach to issues that arise and actively listening and responding to their concerns promptly. They will also have a passion for learning and finding creative solutions to unique problems.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years outside sales experience required
• WA State Pest Control license (preferred)
• Basic understanding of residential structures (preferred)
• BPI Certified (preferred)
• Proficient with computer usage, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must undergo a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough inspections of customers’ homes to investigate and resolve rodent issues (roof, attic, basements, garages, crawlspaces, etc)
• Prepare accurate estimates for work to be completed
• Manage customer pipeline and follow up with prospects throughout sales life cycle
• Travel throughout King & Snohomish counties regularly to prospective customers
• Collaborate across multiple departments
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently
• Lift up to 60 pounds
• Crawl, twist, maneuver in crawlspaces and attics for long periods of time
• Maneuver, secure, climb, and work from ladders and rooftops
