What You’ll Do

This is an outside, field-based sales role focused on helping homeowners navigate storm damage and exterior restoration projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting roof and exterior inspections
• Performing door-to-door outreach in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Introducing homeowners to our inspection and insurance claim process
• Generating new opportunities through neighborhood canvassing and referrals
• Following up on company-supported leads
• Managing projects from signed contract through completion
• Maintaining detailed CRM documentation and follow-up

This role requires comfort initiating face-to-face conversations and proactively building your pipeline.

It is not an inside sales or desk-based role.

• 45-day structured paid training period

Physical & Role Requirements

• Comfortable performing door-to-door outreach
• Ability to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying Minnesota weather (especially March–October peak season)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for CRM and hotspot use
• Availability to work two weekends per month
