Introduction:
We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales leads through a variety of channels, including self generated and company provided leads, phone, email, and social media
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and insurance team to navigate the restoration process with homeowners
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships using a CRM system
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand clients' needs and identify new sales opportunities
Inspect, report and manage customers exterior restoration/replacement projects & other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and a CRM system
Ability to work independently and maintain reliable transportation
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
