We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Representative with a background in commercial roofing, roof repairs, re-roofing, and service/maintenance sales.

The ideal candidate will have an established understanding of commercial roofing systems, strong business development skills, and the ability to build relationships with property managers, building owners, facility managers, general contractors, and commercial real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities throughout Southern California, focusing on commercial roofing repairs, re-roofing, service, and preventative - maintenance.
• Prospect and build relationships with commercial property owners, property management companies, facility managers, and general contractors.
• Conduct roof inspections and site visits to identify roofing deficiencies, repair opportunities, and replacement needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and roofing solutions to prospective customers.
• Generate revenue through new account acquisition, repeat business, and long-term service agreements.
• Work closely with estimating, project management, and field operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue and gross profit goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed on commercial roofing systems, market conditions, competitors, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within commercial roofing, roofing service, or a related construction industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and built-up roofing.
• Experience selling commercial roof repairs, maintenance programs, and/or re-roofing projects.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close business.
• Established relationships within the Southern California commercial property or construction market are highly desirable.
• Ability to perform roof inspections, identify customer needs, and communicate effective roofing solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an independent sales territory.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
