Sales Representative

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, plus commission

Position Snapshot

We are hiring Sales Representatives for a phone-based position within the travel and hospitality industry.

You will speak with customers who have already expressed interest in travel offers, answer questions, explain available options, and help them complete a reservation. Paid training is provided, and previous travel experience is not required.

Available Schedules

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
Weekend Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in travel offers
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and preferences
• Explain available packages, promotions, and reservation options
• Recommend offers that fit the customer's interests
• Respond to questions and address concerns professionally
• Ask for the sale and guide customers through the booking process
• Enter customer information and call notes into the system
• Follow established sales procedures and compliance requirements
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Follow up with interested customers when needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout each shift

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and making sales by phone
• Motivated by goals, incentives, and commission opportunities
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to learn new systems and follow a structured sales process
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Open to coaching and performance feedback
• Must be at least 18 years old
