RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
- Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Utilize your sales proficiency to secure critical sales
- Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
- Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
- Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
- Will participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination as well as sell and promote junk removal services
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred!
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Must be motivated by exceeding goals
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Accurate; consistent attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills, experience with multiple monitors is preferred
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
