As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and long-term clients.

Responsibilities
- Guides and consults with customer in defining needs and initiating orders which meet their requirements and budget.
- Provides creative direction by translating customer requirements into impact graphic solutions.
- Manages customer projects from start to finish insuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Responds to incoming calls, emails, in person walk-ins, and occasional off-site meetings.
- Prepares estimates and maintains estimate follow-up procedures.
Requirements
- Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing, graphic design and/or graphic production experience would be a plus.
- Applicant should feel comfortable communicating with customers in a deadline oriented environment.
- Candidate should be self motivated, organized, a team player, and have an eye for layout, design and color.
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic math skills.
