Salary Range: $30000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership.
• Understand customer needs through active listening and insightful questions.
• Guide customers through our inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
• Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle options clearly.
• Negotiate pricing and complete sales contracts accurately.
• Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new models, features, and financing options.

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not required).
• A genuine passion for cars and helping people find the perfect vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
