Sales Representative

About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people look their best for life’s most important moments? We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you aren’t just "selling a suit"—you are a consultant for weddings, galas, and proms. You will guide clients through the fitting process, help them coordinate colors, and ensure every garment fits perfectly.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Style Consultation: Assist clients in selecting the perfect tuxedo or suit, including vests, ties, and accessories, to match their event’s vision.
• Precision Fitting: Take accurate measurements for coats, trousers, and shirts to ensure a sharp, professional look.
• Sales & Service: Manage the rental process from initial inquiry to final pickup and return, providing a seamless customer experience.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and curated showroom and assist with inventory management.
• Basic Tailoring Support: Assist with minor garment adjustments and prep.

2. Requirements & Skills

• Customer-First Attitude: High energy, patience, and the ability to make clients feel confident and comfortable.
• Eye for Detail: An interest in men’s fashion, color theory, and current formalwear trends.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills for in-person styling and professional phone/email etiquette.
• Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to work weekends (our busiest times).

3. Technical Training: The Sewing Machine

A unique and vital part of this role involves ensuring our garments are floor-ready. No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn how to operate an industrial sewing machine is essential. We will train you to:

• Perform basic hems on trousers.
• Adjust sleeve lengths.
• Replace buttons and make minor repairs.

Note: You don't need to be a professional tailor to apply! We are looking for someone with steady hands and an eagerness to learn a valuable new hands-on skill.
