Job Title: Sales Representative
Compensation: Base salary starting at $50,000 + Monthly Residual Commissions

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated “hunter” who thrives on generating new business, building long-term relationships, and closing deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
  • Freight or transportation industry
  • Carrier sales
  • Truck or equipment sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and consultative selling
