Sales Representative

LeeWay Marketing is seeking a Sales Representative to help drive customer growth and strengthen relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on consistent outreach, consultative selling, and achieving sales targets through effective lead management and strong communication.

This position is hybrid and based in Davenport, FL, balancing in-person customer engagement with remote work to support day-to-day sales activities.Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential customers through outreach, networking, and effective lead management

• Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through quoting, follow-up, and closing

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering timely communication and reliable follow-through

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Demonstrated ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain momentum toward goals

• Comfort working in a hybrid setting, including attending meetings and customer engagements in the Davenport, FL area as needed

• High attention to detail and the ability to organize priorities in a fast-paced environment
