Job Summary
The Sales Representative is a key team player who establishes new relationships, maintains current relationships, and provides excellent customer service, professionalism, and guidance. They are people-focused, listening to people’s needs and providing solutions to establish and maintain trust, create new business, and foster current customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Establish, develop and maintain strong business and customer relationships built on openness and trust.
• Bring in leads by networking with prospects at trade shows, conferences, and Midstates Recreation events.
• Evaluate and prioritize qualifying opportunities to determine a reason to do business.
• Listen to prospect needs and present, promote, and sell products/services to be of service.
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis of prospects to meet their specific needs.
• Work quickly to solve customer problems and complaints.
• Strategize to meet sales goals, targets, and grow the territory.
• Share selling strategies and marketing information with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory’s and market’s potential.
• Manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain complete customer records.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
• Master the sales process to generate income for Midstates Recreation.
