Job responsibilities:
Canvass hail-impacted neighborhoods by going door to door to identify potential roof projects.
Perform basic roof inspections to assess possible hail damage
Assist homeowners with initiating insurance claims when applicable
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners through clear communication and excellent service.
Follow up with leads and work to close roofing contracts
Manage jobs progress in the field and maintain organization of current and upcoming projects.
Communicate effectively with customers and the management team throughout the project lifecycle.
Properly collect and submit any payments associated with completed jobs.
