As a Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Build Relationships – Be the face of Floyd Lock & Safe by establishing and nurturing relationships with residential and commercial customers in your territory.
• Develop New Business – Generate new opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calling, customer referrals, company-provided leads, community involvement, and other creative strategies.
• Drive Revenue Growth – Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Provide Exceptional Service & Gain Trust – Build relationships that continue long after the initial sale. Stay connected with customers throughout the year to ensure satisfaction, identify additional needs, and create new sales opportunities.
• Remain Engaged – Attend sales meetings and training programs and participate in community events and activities that support the growth of Floyd Lock & Safe and Per Mar Security.

• You ask the right questions and do more listening than talking. You understand a customer or prospect’s needs and pain points and can clearly communicate how Floyd Lock & Safe’s solutions can help.
• No previous security, locksmith, or safe industry experience? No problem. You’ll learn our products and services through our comprehensive training program, with continuing education and refreshers along the way.
• Self-assurance and confidence never hurt either. You have the drive; we have the opportunity!

Qualifications:

• Driven & Results-Oriented – Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License – Paired with a good driving record.
• Specified License Approval – Must be able to obtain required license(s) to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the state(s) where this position travels.
• High School Diploma/GED – Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred but not required.
