Job Description:

As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company and the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the roofing process. Responsibilities include:

• Canvassing neighborhoods / knocking doors to generate leads

• Educating homeowners on storm damage, insurance claims, and roofing options

• Signing contracts and converting leads into customers

• Filing insurance claims and assisting customers throughout the claim process

• Attending adjuster appointments to represent the homeowner’s interests

• Writing and submitting work orders accurately

• Coordinating roof builds and repairs with the production team

• Performing final walk-throughs with the customer to ensure satisfaction

• Picking up final payments from customers and ensuring project completion

• Managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Previous roofing or sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

• Must have own ladder and not be afraid of heights

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professionally dressed and well-presented at all times

• Must be responsible, courteous, and maintain a high level of integrity

• Comfortable using mobile apps or software to track job details and customer interactions

We're intentionally growing our sales team and looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who want strong earning potential, excellent back-office support, and direct access to company ownership.

Compensation
50/50 Profit Split
We believe the people producing the business should be rewarded for it.
NO ADMIN FEE deducted from your commission.
Performance Bonuses
In addition to your regular 50/50 profit commission:
$500,000 in annual revenue: Earn a 3% bonus on the first $500,000 = $15,000
Next $500,000 in the same calendar year: Earn a 5% bonus on that $500,000 = $25,000
Produce $1 million in revenue during the calendar year and that's $40,000 in additional performance bonuses—on top of your regular commissions.
Performance bonus thresholds reset January 1 each year.
You Sell. We Handle the Back End.
Your time should be spent generating business and taking care of your customers—not buried in administrative work.

Has previous roofing sales experience
Understands door-to-door prospecting and self-generating business
Is comfortable working in insurance restoration
Understands the basic roofing sales and claims process
Is confident speaking with homeowners
Can prospect and generate opportunities independently
Is motivated by performance-based compensation
Has strong follow-through and communication skills
Values integrity and professionalism
Is coachable even with prior industry experience
Has reliable transportation
