We're Looking for Amazing Sales Consultants to Sell Amazing Cars!

• Pay: Estimated earnings: $48,000-$150,000 annually. This performance-driven role includes commission and bonuses. .

• Schedule: Full-time; Saturday availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives.

• Generate leads and build customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.

• Support customers throughout the sales process.

• Stay informed on products, pricing, and promotions.

• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

• Maintain showroom and lot appearance.

• Deliver vehicles and facilitate service introductions.

• Obtain required licenses and certifications.

• Train and mentor sales representatives.

• Participate in mentor program communications and training.

What You'll Bring

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $48,000 to $150,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
