Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a client base through active networking and community engagement throughout the Fremont area.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure our clients have the precise coverage they need for their specific situations.

Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals that clearly explain benefits and risks to potential clients.

Maintain ongoing relationships with current policyholders to ensure their protection evolves as their life circumstances change.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate application processing and policy issuance.

Keep up to date with shifting insurance market trends to provide the most current and relevant advice to our community.

California Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales consistently.

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail when managing policy documentation.
