We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our fire protection services team. This role focuses on developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients in the Orlando area. You will help businesses stay compliant with fire safety regulations by offering essential fire protection services and solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in both field and office settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and business clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits
Promote fire protection services including fire extinguisher inspections, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and safety compliance services
Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare and present service proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts
Follow up with leads and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper service delivery
Ensure all sales activities align with applicable fire codes and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred (B2B, service, or construction-related sales is a plus)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
Basic understanding of facility services, safety compliance, or construction industry preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience in fire protection, HVAC, security systems, or facility maintenance sales
Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and accounts
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Work Environment:
Hybrid of office-based work and field visits throughout the Orlando, FL region
Full-time schedule with occasional after-hours client meetings
