Sales Representative

Quantum Auto Sales is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is not a position for someone who wants to sit and wait for customers. We are looking for a self-starter who can generate business, create content, work leads, and build relationships that result in sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads
• Utilize CRM daily to manage customer relationships and follow-up activities
• Generate your own leads through networking and social media
• Create video and social media content to promote vehicles and build your personal brand
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Work with management to structure and close deals
• Maintain product knowledge on inventory and financing options
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• CRM experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Vietnamese)  is a plus
